“Move” is a free weekly exercise program that provides the opportunity for Edmontonians to be physically active alongside health professionals. This community-based program encourages participants to be active outside, without needing to go to a gym or buy any exercise equipment.

Each session combines walking, stretching and strength exercises in the parks and communities around Edmonton.

Everyone is welcome. This program is targeted for beginner and intermediate fitness levels. All you need is running shoes, water bottle and weather-appropriate clothing.  It's free to join!
